My buggy got picked up from the vendor and delivered to the workshop, so overall that's good. The communication was OK, but not as good as the other carrier I have used - but as everything got done then I guess it was sufficient. But it could have been better given that I am overseas and was trying to co-ordinate timing with three different parties (the sender, the receiver, and the transporter). Yes, I would use this carrier again but I would get on the phone a lot more.

Polite young man doing a good job. Could have been a bit more proactive with planning a collection date although he showed up when he said he would. The car trailer seemed a bit small for the car; the tyre sidewalls were raked by the trailer rails when driving on. Full marks for letting me know the car had been delivered.
