Excellent job done by both William and Chris.

They even arrived earlier than the designated time.

And even when one of the lifts were under maintenance, they did not hesitate to do the heavy-lifting through the stairs. I was impressed too on their initiative!

Props to Yakov as well for choosing the right people to work with and for an efficient transaction.
