Great Service by Parks Towing. They were great with comms and kept me in the loop on arrival time even going so far as to be flexible on date and time of drop off. Definitely recommend!

Overall our camper was delivered successfully and it seems without any damage. However communication has a lot to be desired, was told x week for pickup and when called to query was told it was scheduled for the following week. Was told it would be delivered on x week and after it not showing or hearing nothing, I contacted them only to be told it would be the following week.

Big props to the guy and lady (sorry didn't catch names) that delivered my donor car, they were so helpful in guiding me to unload. Even helping me put some wheels on to roll it.

Really happy with my delivery.
Arrived in perfect condition.

The only feedback would be around communication. I had to be more proactive on obtaining delivery date and time than I expected but they were more than accommodating when I did give them a call.

I will use their service for any further deliverys.

Only issue was the flat battery as the ignition was left on while in transit...

Overall our camper was deliverd okay. There was damage to one of the side handles which was disappointing.

The final invoice had GST added to the original quote. I ended up only using part of the service and made other arrangements to get my car to the south Island.
