Terms
Quote for the items listed in your jobs inventory only, we assign truck size size quote price based off your jobs inventory, extra items may incur extra fees or get left behind, sorry.
All Goods Carried at Owners Risk. Glass and Electronics are not to be offered for carriage without suitable packaging or protection.
We offer Limited Carriers Risk insurance to the value of $2000 max per claim. We strongly recommend you organise your own insurance if required, make sure it includes in transit coverage.
Deposits, are Non Refundable, except when bookings cancelled due to our own fault.
We cannot be held responsible or liable for any delays caused by cancelled or delayed ferry sailings, as that's outside our control, apologies.
Any claims, or disputes need to be raised within 48 hours of your job being completed, otherwise balance due remains payable and enforceable.
Additional fees may apply due to fuel price increases between booking date and date of job being completed.
Accepting our quote means you understand and agree to these Terms.
