A significant communication gap has been identified between their staff in New Zealand. They failed to notify the client of any updates regarding the delivery. As a result, my delivery arrived four days later than the expected date.
An extra staff member was mentioned in the quote, but the company did not actually send an additional person to assist with unloading during the delivery period. It appears that they have a habit of taking advantage of clients once the quote has been confirmed.

Thanks for following through on your threat that if we didn't offer a discount, you would give us a bad review.
I am once again forced to point out to you, that before you accepted our quote, and during our many messages, multiple times I told you that due to the public holidays occuring, there were no ferry bookings available for the delivery date you wanted.
You chose to book your job knowing this, so no, we were not "four days late" we were actually unloading exactly on the date I told you before booking.
You insisted we unload in the evening, instead of waiting an extra hour or two for our offsider to arrive, we do have your text message regarding this thanks.
You also forgot to mention we didn't charge you for the additional items, despite quoting you for up to 12m3, but filling up a 20m3 truck, I'm not sure how that's taking advantage of you.
Your words as per your message to us on this website, demanding compensation or else, what more can I say? I guess at least you finally might pay us, even if the payment is well overdue!
