The men who came to move the piano were excellent, I have no suggestions for improvement. Communication from the office regarding timing could have been better, as I was informed that the movers would arrive in the afternoon but I would be called later to confirm the time - this wasn't done. It worked out okay in the end as I was on site when the movers arrived.
