A fantastic way to get hold of a car purchased during Covid border restrictions. Collection was agreed with seller for 6am which did not occur until 9am. No biggie in the scheme of things and overall very happy with service and price.

Initial communications and quote from Wise Move was very efficient and easy. After discussing a possible pickup time with the van seller we sort some answers to a few steps we needed to clarify. Jesse was quick to respond. The pick up and delivery was from Napier to Auckland during Level 3 lockdown. Jesse did not communicate pickup time with the seller or ourselves as soon as we would have liked until prompted by text. It was obvious he was busy and driving a lot. He was late picking up on the day but did advise the seller. He was very late delivering the Van to our arranged destination, we had to text him to see what his ETA was as we had a 45 minute drive to the pickup place. He dropped the van off efficiently and quickly and then told us he had a tyre blow out on the way which was the reason he was 2 hours late, a text during the 5 hour drive to advise us would have been appreciated. Jesse was polite and efficient at the drop off point he was delivering our van, along with a dog and bikes for other customers.

Jesse transported my ragdoll cat with absolute care..oops car lol. Jesse will get this joke.such quick communication and kept in contact while he sorted transport and delivered my car to the Red Fox Tavern. Due to covid I couldn't get in to Auckland..
