Communication with women needs WORDS! It took a while before I felt sure about what day and time would be ok with VIP. I was getting one word confirmations which left me unsure. Something like - Yep. See you (day) and (time) would be good. I got Yep, but if followed by day and time I would have been happy. I had to organise my husband to come from work to be at home and then I had to travel to arrive ahead of VIP. All was good on the day and excellent and good to meet you. We will get help to straighten the legs on the washing machine because it is a bit lopsided.
Sorry about the misunderstanding about payment. On checking I had Van Man and account number in saved payee list not completed the payment which would have gone to the wrong account anyway. I think you might have quoted $150 and were eventually paid $100. Let me know if you want the extra.

Next week in afternoons before Thursday would be good. This would allow my husband to open the garage and me to travel in advance of delivery to Hobson Court.
If there would be a delay in arrival of Hobson Court I could open garage and travel to Hobson Court at a prearranaged time.

As discussed above with Wendy, she wouldn't comfirm the booking date or time till the last minute, we are normal flexible with our schedule , having stated our arrival time and date's we didn't hear back from Wendy till 13th that was comfirmed
I had tryed multiple times to call and organize a pickup and delivery date and time with no success tell the 13th .
After arriving on time or 5mins earlier we had to wait for 15mins before Wendy and her husband had arrived. We then had to organize there garage around to get to the washing machine and dryer which we were happy to do, after spending 30mins doing this . plus on arrival we even helped to put the dry up on it's brackets that was not a requirement as we weren't ask to do so in the booking quoted .
12.30pm arrival, departure time was 2.30 pm from the delivery
After waiting two weeks for payment i kindly sent a reminder
Got a reply (OK) ? I really appreciate the feed back but it is not acute as we did try to make sure that we made immediate contact and left messages on private number plus on wise we went that extra mile with no extra fees added, even to the late payment .
I wish to state that we meet all of the requirements plus extras for no added fees 7.5 is ok but this is totally miss leading thanks again Wendy for you feed back .
