Duncan was lovely!However the other worker who was supposed to help with the goods pulled out last minute - so my colleague who was luckily at the office at the time (who has chronic pain) had to help with moving the couch and table even though I specifically asked for two people to move the items. I know this cannot be helped, but it was very disappointing and when I bought this up he only took $20 off the service. But I recognise that it was out of Duncan's control, but there should be back up plans or the opportunity to reschedule when shocks like this occur.
