Have damage to four of my items - scratches, dents and duchess draw that is cracked and crooked.
Rang to discuss with Ronald and got told that’s what happens when you move and no refund offered but if I wanted anything else moved they would do it for free…. Why would I want them to move more of my stuff after having my stuff damaged.
Very rude, even implied that I was making the damage up to get a refund.
Very unimpressed with the service and response, very unprofessional.
DO NOT recommend them at all!

Hi Tiffany, Honestly if we move anything, we give our 110% care to all items as our our. Also if anything gets damaged we straight away mention this to the owner. We are sorry to hear as so many of your items got damage. Your load was desk stacked, these were no even stacked onto of each other for get damaged. Offer is still there in good faith if you do change your mind.
Our Insurance Clause as below:
All removals are at owner’s risk. This means no compensation will be paid for any losses, damages or shortages. It is acknowledged, agreed, and declared that the Contract of Carriage evidenced hereby is a Contract for Carriage at owner’s risk. This means that the company as carrier will pay no compensation if the goods are lost or damaged unless the company intentionally loses or damages them.
