Yes sorry I tried to do this myself and cancel earlier and couldn’t work it out how to reply or communicate after last message you sent that you could only do from 12 not the morning so asked the support to please contact and cancel the timing was specific for the morning I’m sorry it’s not my intent to upset you I’m a technical noob

I can’t speak highly enough about the team at Jem Deliveries. I don’t think I have experienced that level of customer service in a very long time. It wasn’t just service it was customer care. Without going into details let’s just say I had a complicated stressful move but Mel and the team went out of their way to cater for me.
