Hi Phil,
So, there’s a short hallway that lead one step down to a verandah, then it’s one step down to the grass. We’d go across the lawn, across the road and through the gate of the other house. I think it’s a similar step or two up to the verandah then one more into the house. I can definitely help out. It’s fairly heavy, but I’ll be around and can do that.

Yep, that sounds fair. When would suit you? We officially move into the new house on the 29th of January, but we can move the piano in the week (or two maybe) leading up to it. I have some days off during the week, as well as weekends at the moment.
