Excellent clear communication by Jason and Justin with the collection, transport and delivery of the cabin car from New Plymouth to Wellington. They stayed in touch in transit and even texted an alert 5 minutes from delivery to the doorstep. The cabin car arrived safely enclosed and strapped inside their large delivery van for extra safety and peace of mind. Thank you so much MODELCO, Jason and Justin for a brilliant service, excellent communication and going the 'extra mile' for a happy customer. First time buying a bike on trade me and getting it shipped, I was pretty nervous but these guys made it a breeze. Great Comms with me (buyer) and the seller of precise collection and delivery times. Bike was well looked after and price was cheaper than I expected. Would not hesitate to recommend and use them again. Perfect service.
