Both men were very polite, friendly and professional. They communicated every step of the process with clarity. There was firewood stacked on the path, blocking clear access to the door where the piano was being relocated to. They helped move the firewood to a different place, going beyond what we expected of them. They were a pleasure to work with and we can certainly say everything was “Sweet As” . The team from Right Choice Movers were extremely easy to deal with, and worked with me and the Trade Me seller to deliver the piano at a time that was suitable for all parties within a day of requesting their services. 'Super Movers' were great. They were timely and careful and communicated well. Booked me in quickly when another carrier (Specialist Piano movers)let me down. 'Specialist Piano Movers' accepted my request then never bothered to get back to me - at all! Don't book them! Office Admin person was great, assisted me all the way by getting another carrier for me urgently. Very good Customer service. I have used Wise Move before, on a large move from the South Island and I would definitely use them again.
