The guys were overal great on and absolutely nothing was damaged. The reason I marked them down on on a few things were just small areas for improvement, like not getting any kind of reminder/confirmation email or text between booking and the move date, being late to arrive (although did text to let me know) and the fact the truck was too small to fit everything, so there was a lot more to arrange to transport myself than I was prepared for.

They were great in that I had a super king bed to come to one address in Westmere and two single beds to go to Pt Chev, which they were happy to take them to even though it was about 9.15 at night. They picked the beds up in Cambridge and the price was very fair. The only reason they didn't get a five was because the bases for the single beds ended up with the super king and the super king bed bases ended up where the single beds were going in Pt Chev which was quite confusing, but funny.

Unfortunately, loose item found under car which was noisy when driving. They were no thrumming noises before pickup as confirmed by very particular previous owner. A plastic protective cover had to be refixed. No sign-off of delivery paperwork was provided. Communication and cooperation were excellent.

Although I had a cheaper quote I decided to go with Mark and ASAP movers, particularly after receiving poor customer service from a cheaper alternative,I was very happy with his service and he kept me up to date with my vehicles progress (Auckland to Queenstown) car arrived safe and sound.i would recommend ASAP for your cars next move.

We had a very good experience with this team. TJ and his work pal were punctual, communicative and very careful with our precious family furniture (which included a large grandfather clock). This was wrapped very well and we appreciate the care they took and the next day delivery. Thank you, once again!

Very efficient service. The communication was excellent, and the delivery was handled with care. I would recommend for people to ensure that their estimated goods to be carried are as accurate as possible - as I ended up with more to move than I initially thought. I gave them a heads up prior to the move that it was more and the guys were really helpful and super reasonable when it came to the excess charges so I’m overall pleased with the experience. Good value for money.

Have booked a moving the food trailer from Palmerston North to Auckland, I was surprise to see the communication, delivery was in advance instead of what have been promised, very quick and the price is also reasonable, service is very professional and fast on time. Awesome company to deal with. Very friendly. Careful with our belongings and well prepared for any occasion. We had some extra items to be picked up that wasn't part of the original quote, and they gladly helped us out. Delivery too was a breeze, everything was moved quickly into it's spot. Highly recommended, great value. Will definitely use them again in future.
