MoveX did a top notch job on short notice! After shipping all my worldly possessions over to NZ for an international move, the final leg of the trip from customs to my doorstep was the smoothest, easiest, and turned out to be the most lighthearted step of the entire process. The team was prompt with communication, accommodated a tight timeline, and handled my goods with care and professionalism. They also knew to take the extra step of taking photos at pickup to document goods that were unfortunately damaged during an earlier leg of shipment (not MoveX's fault), which will help me lodge an insurance claim with the sea freight handlers. Definitely would hire again. Thanks so much!

The communication was brilliant and very professional along the entire process. The driver gave us plenty of notice when they were picking the items up. Unfortunately their truck broke down in Timaru and they were delayed. Again well communicated with our son, and very clear on when they were going to drop off the items. The only thing we would suggest is for the guys to check if gates are properly closed. As in our case they were not and flew open in the wind and rain. We would happily recommend this company to anyone and use them again if we need to! Thank you team!
