I would 100% recommend Wise Move and Load Carriers Ltd. The price was right which was good, but more importantly, the pickup and delivery of the product was within 48 hours of my booking, which was exceptional for an Auckland to Napier job. The driver kept in communication with me and was very polite and professional. I would definitely use these people again.

They were super busy, and took a couple of days to make contacted however they arrived exactly on time for pick up. They didn't tell us when the item was being dropped off. It was all good cos they were home. I would use them again.

Ash picked up a couch I purchased off Facebook Marketplace and did a fantastic job! There was an issue with the pickup location, and he handled it with grace and patience. This is my second time using Ash with a truck, as I have recently moved and needed furniture delivered for my new place, and I will definitely use him again.

Some timing issues - it's not clear if they missed or were unable to meet my preference for a morning time, and then were delayed 2 hours past the original time they said they would be here. The crew also didn't seem clear on the details - i.e. that it was a two-way trip to/from a storage unit. Once here though the actual moving of stuff was done quickly and professionally.

The task was to transport my late fathers heirloom type items from Whangarei to Christchurch. They took excellent care, turned up when they said they would and were very friendly and amenable. I had no real rush to receive the items but they were picked up and delivered within 4 working days! I couldn't believe the service. I will definitely be using them again.

Can not recommend highly enough. Super lovely guy. He wrapped the sofa throughly in plastic wrap and then in a blanket, arriving in impeccable condition. Looks after things as if they are his own. I wish that I could give a higher rating than 5 stars, for all of the criteria! Top Movers were stellar in communicating both with me and the pick up person even though this was a last minute booking. As for punctuality, they promised delivery at 9am and arrived right on the dot. They are exceptionally professional and my item arrived in perfect condition. This was a single item delivery and they took the same care that I associate with the big, high profit jobs. I heartily recommend Top Movers.
