They handled everything with such care and professionalism — keeping us updated along the way and making sure our cats were safe, calm, and comfortable the entire trip. You can really tell they love what they do and genuinely care about animals. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend to anyone needing pet transport! 🐾💖

Shaun recently transported my puppy from Rangiora to Rotorua, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. His communication was outstanding—he kept me updated regularly with arrival times and progress throughout the journey, which gave me great peace of mind. Most importantly, Shaun took wonderful care of my puppy. It was clear he genuinely cared about her wellbeing, and she arrived happy and relaxed. Shaun picked up my 3 month old puppy from Katikati and delivered him to my door the same day in Wellington . There were great communication between Shaun and I. I even got a picture of my baby on collection . I would recommend Shaun to any one that needs their dogs to be transported between Auckland to Wellington. The price was very reasonable compared to other pet transporters and delivered the same day .Thank you Shaun for looking after my baby .

Great coms and were very good with my puppy for his journey. There was an accident on the Kaimais, but they let me know they were running late as soon as they knew, Then as it turned out I was stuck on the same side as them so we changed the meeting spot, very great and easy to deal with, highly recommend!!

We were very happy with Judy's service relocating my mum's cat to a new home in Wellington. Judy arrived punctually on the day of travel, and we received confirmation that mum's cat had been delivered to her new home by mid afternoon. It was a long trip but was done really efficiently. We were really happy with this service it solved an issue for us. Judy was also able to help us at short notice, which really helped.

One of the most genuine company I’ve ever dealt with. They transported my 9 weeks old puppy from Dunedin to Auckland safe and sound.
