Sailings got cancelled due to bad weather which resulted in a two day delay, considering it was, beyond the company’s control and also over the busy new year period it was overall a good result. Communication was brilliant, price was very reasonable, there was A quote $50 cheaper but communication was poor,and to me cheapest isn’t always the best Option, and two that were $200 more and another$250 more, I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

The Mainland Transport team collected the car promptly however bad weather forced some ferry cancellations which delayed arrival into Wellington. Whilst I said there was no rush for delivery, the delay could have been communicated better rather than me having to email to find out what was going on. Overall tho, it's a minor grumble so it's an 8/10 and I'd definitely use again 👍👍

Amazing and speedy service - My car was picked up yesterday and arrived in Wellington this morning They also took extra measure in assuring everything went smoothly. Only thing lacking was, I was told that they’d pick up my car on Saturday, but on Friday morning they called several times saying they’d pick it up in half an hour to an hour, so I had to rush to get everything ready in the span of half an hour! Would appreciate a better communication next time, but overall great service! ☺️
