My interpretation of delivery date, based on prior communication, was different to the actual delivery-if by paying more than the price quoted to have vehicle delivered quicker than 9 days after vehicle was collected, then the site should advertise those rates, so customers have a choice. Vehicle was delivered in good order to our address as stated-that is good. The vehicle was in good condition, communication is only by txt-easy to mis interpret, but I engaged this service as they offered the best price at the time and would pick and delivery to door so I would still recommend this service.

Greatest value for money, if you're not in a hurry! I was not in a hurry so they did it when it suited them, which was fine by me as I was able to get the lowest cost (and door-to-door) option to move my car from Nightcaps to Christchurch. I did not receive any updates, just same-day texts for pickup and dropoff times. No damage occurred, great service, would use again!
