Outstanding service from the Ben and Mr Mover team. They kept in great contact as we were prepping the logistics and I was still figuring out what I needed to do. Then once we were moving forward, the crew were totally dialled. All my furniture and chattels were collected and delivered with exceptional care and efficiency - a balance that's hard to find. Highly recommend this team!!

Excellent support, communication and instructions! They made my decision to move so easy as everything was clear what I was paying for. Appreciated the care and attention in moving from the movers who looked after my gear with care and support to make my move stressfree. I underestimated my bags and needed more support to dismantle and re assemble the bed, and had to pay an additonal fee which was my own fault and I was happy to do so, and they were very accomodating with this and not upset at all. I would def reccommend this company, thanks for all the support!

AJ and the team were fantastic! They were very punctual, friendly, polite and respectful of the furniture and homes. They were also very experienced in handling the move as well as putting together the furnitures. There were Chinese furnitures that they were unfamiliar with but were keen to learn. We did have a hiccup at the beginning with the truck mechanisms but AJ was able to quickly switch the truck while his team stayed to dismantle and get the items ready for the move so we didn’t lose much time. They were also able to move furnitures from the 1st floor. Very pleased and highly recommended.
