They were great! I had more than I expected and they were happy to accommodate. Wrapped my mattress up for pdotection. Super efficient, too. And they offered to help move a piece of furniture at the new place because I couldn't do it myself. Only thing is I would have appreciated if they had taken their shoes off at the first address, and if they'd let me know they accidentally knocked a small light out of the stairwell. Otherwise they were great!

After having trouble with another company on wisemove charging me double the fixed price. Truck Brothers Movers gave me a reasonable fixed price for moving houses within the same day of booking. Even though the booking was made last minute, I was very happy with the movers who moved my stuff as they efficiently and carefully moved my furniture, they were very friendly and willing to go above and beyond by helping me disassemble my bed and moving extra furniture (fridge) that I accidentally did not include due to miscommunication.

We had a pretty stressful moving day, but the team made it so much easier. They showed up on time and got straight into it no complaints, even though there wasn’t enough room to get the truck to the entrance, we had way more stuff than expected, the lift was tiny, and we even forgot the key at one point! Some of our furniture didn’t fit upstairs, and they kindly took it away for us. When they couldn’t get the truck close to the building, they called in a few of their guys who’d just finished another job, and together they managed to get everything into the apartment. Super impressed with their attitude and teamwork. Will definitely use them again for the next move. Highly recommend.

Adam and his partner did an excellent job helping my parents move to the retirement village. They were punctual, friendly, and very careful with all the items.
