Unfortunately, the couch was not wrapped as requested in the original message. Some marks on the leather couch.

If you have property you do not care about then these guys are okay. Quick loading and unloading - even ahead of schedule. If you have furniture you care about, I would not recommend. They did not wrap any furniture and treated boxes marked fragile same as others. They broke an antique dresser and damaged new home when moving furniture in.

The movers did not adequately pack belongings resulting in nicks in what was a mint bed frame (disassembled for the move). Considering this was pre-booked and long haul WLG-CHC, I expected them to turn up with the right gear to protect furniture.

They also managed to sully my mattress which I had wrapped specifically to prevent this.

In trying to rush the job or just poor care of my belongings, they grabbed my indoor yucca plant by the stem and it snapped. Delivered to me with duck tape.

When I reached out to the main contact person, they apologized and said they'd look into it. I followed up and was met with radio silence.

I also don't believe they carry insurance, so beware!! My mistake for no inquiring about this. Would NOT recommend

Great service. Load Carrier saved us a significant amount of money. They got our belongings from Auckland to Queenstown in a few days!
