Express Movers

Absolutely terrible. Would never recommend this company. They were late to deliver and were extremely difficult to work with.

really good to work with. responsive, honest, and delivered on time. No other service could meet our delivery window.

Except only wasn't on time , not organized or communication with customers. I understood that service was reasonable price but it wasn't clear with the collected and delivered time.

The delivery date was flexible with me when Express movers said they will deliver it on Saturday, then postponed till Sunday and by Sunday evening again to Monday.
I was waiting at home throughout the weekend expecting the delivery which I didn't ask or pressure them to do it on a weekend.
I called them several times to ask them an approximate time so I can arrange my other
work. On Sunday evening they said their
other deliveries are more important to them because they have a contract with a rental
company to transport their rental vehicles
and so on they can deliver my vehicle on
Monday morning. That was fine with me, if
you told me this in the first place that my
vehicle will be delivered on Monday.
Next time please do not promise deliveries
in the weekend.

It took a bit longer than expected and the comms with the movers left a lot to be desired but the car arrived in good condition and for a good price.

Overall, got my car in good condition and price was generally good compared to competitors, and arrived quite late due to some environmental factors. However there was no communication along the way letting me know what’s happening and I had to ring up multiple time using different number to get answers on where my vehicle is and when the drop off date is. Very poor communication and non-user friendly messaging system.

I do not recommend! Communication was non-existent. My car was meant to be in Chch in two days, it took over 2 weeks. We had to keep calling to find out where it was and each time there was a different story. Very bad service

They were great overall, but communication could have been better — my guy ended up waiting for them to arrive.

Highly recommend, take and took real care in transporting car and goods were inside fully loaded went out of their way to cover window wouldn't wind up.

Unfortunately due to freight issues from the carrier our delivery did not go as planned, we get that, it sometimes happens…. Our issue with Express Movers was there was no communication after being told a day and approx time of delivery, the following day there was still no communication. I finally got ahold of someone who told me that the office don’t know what happening and don’t know delivery dates and that it would be a few more days (issue was, we were going away) …. It turned into a disaster that could have been cleared up with accurate communication. The 2 guys that delivered our couch were lovely and it arrived in good condition

They were great, they got my car which was packed with all my belongings from Tāmaki to Ōtautahi!
There were some delays but I had said I was flexible with time so no surprises. Very friendly and fast communicators.
