This person stopped communicating after they agreed a time for collection and then never showed up. I had to get another urgent delivery organised, which cost double the price. I never heard from them again.

While communication was prompt and the price was reasonable, unfortunately, he did not follow our instructions. We had specifically asked him to wait at the destination so we could help move the mattress into the house, but he unloaded it on his own. This may have caused some damage to the mattress springs. Additionally, his manner wasn’t particularly friendly, which made the experience less pleasant overall.

Arrived later than we organised and requested 2 people to help and last minute was told it was only him which meant it was a stressful day trying to find someone else who could help with the heavy lifting. However, took good care of item delivered.
