Terrible service from start to finish. The order was delivered 20 days later than the original estimated date, with little to no communication or updates throughout the delay. To make matters worse, the delivery driver showed up on a Sunday night, which was highly inconvenient and unprofessional.

Overall, a very disappointing experience, simply awful.

I had to shift an item of furniture from Nelson to Auckland, which ended up being subject to ferry cancellations and increases in fuel cost. They honored their quote, which would have cut into their overheads, and their communication was always very good, keeping me informed each step of the way. I was away during school holidays when the item finally arrived in Auckland, so they kept it in storage until it was finally delivered to me. NZ Load Carriers were always able to be contacted and pleasant to deal with. Delivery wasn't urgent, and I was very happy with the service.

Easy to deal with and kept us informed when collecting couch. My son ( delivered to) confirmed they took great care with carrying the couch into their home and placing where directed. He really appreciated this care and professionalism. Very happy with service and would not hesitate to use again. Thank you

Truck leaked causing water damage to multiple items. Just opened my suitcase to find everything mouldy and soaking wet to the point where a cup of water came out of a boot. We were notified about small leak in truck however the extent of how much the truck did or did not leak was not passed on meaning my clothes and shoes have been damaged

Got the goods but comms and turnaround time was pretty shocking. I won't use them again. I cannot for the life of me work out how they've got the ratings they have to date. My advice would be do not use them if you want, any communication, action within 3 weeks, or anything that resembles service. Being fair when the goods turned up they were in good condition.

Item was delivered very quickly, and for what initially appeared to be a reasonable price.

Unfortunately, that was the only positive.

Communication was challenging at times.

My item (ag equipment) was improperly secured between Christchurch and Auckland, despite there being obvious tie down points for this purpose.

My item arrived with obvious new/transit damage to controls and housings.

Delivery driver either did not or pretended not to understand my efforts to ask about damages and left.

Followup contact with business was initially positive, with liability admitted and a promise to refund part of the original fee to cover part of the costs to repair.

However despite repeated promises, this refund never arrived and the business is no longer returning my contact.

Using this mover will cost me far more in repairs to the item than the most expensive quote received.

Extremely frustrated.
