Beware - this carrier charged me extra for some things that I had not listed (I had booked the job before I had fully packed everything so I did overbook but it was a best guess) but offered no reimbursement for things that were listed in the request but not required to be moved. The extra price seemed arbitrary and made up on the spot too.

For your information, on Wise Move, moving companies give their prices based on the details provided by the customer.

Our movers did not charge you extra for any items listed in your original inventory. They only charged for the additional items, and this was done with your consent.

Studio move

We had a pretty stressful moving day, but the team made it so much easier. They showed up on time and got straight into it no complaints, even though there wasn’t enough room to get the truck to the entrance, we had way more stuff than expected, the lift was tiny, and we even forgot the key at one point! Some of our furniture didn’t fit upstairs, and they kindly took it away for us.

When they couldn’t get the truck close to the building, they called in a few of their guys who’d just finished another job, and together they managed to get everything into the apartment. Super impressed with their attitude and teamwork.

Will definitely use them again for the next move. Highly recommend.
