Fantastic company to deal with and many other companies should take note of how to carry out customer service. They responded quickly and were great at communicating pickup and delivery times.

I was needing a bed to be moved and had failed attempts to organise someone through Facebook Marketplace. Within an hour of listing my job, Right Choice Movers came to the rescue. He personally called a few hours before the job was scheduled to ask if he could come earlier - this worked in my favour and his. Superb service. High recommended.

Beware - this carrier charged me extra for some things that I had not listed (I had booked the job before I had fully packed everything so I did overbook but it was a best guess) but offered no reimbursement for things that were listed in the request but not required to be moved. The extra price seemed arbitrary and made up on the spot too.

These guys were super easy to work with. We had several stops and some heavy pieces to move up stairs, but everything went smoothly. Would definitely use them again.

Great service, they arrived on time,very professional in the handling of the furniture. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

We had a pretty stressful moving day, but the team made it so much easier. They showed up on time and got straight into it no complaints, even though there wasn’t enough room to get the truck to the entrance, we had way more stuff than expected, the lift was tiny, and we even forgot the key at one point! Some of our furniture didn’t fit upstairs, and they kindly took it away for us.

When they couldn’t get the truck close to the building, they called in a few of their guys who’d just finished another job, and together they managed to get everything into the apartment. Super impressed with their attitude and teamwork.

Will definitely use them again for the next move. Highly recommend.
