The movers were efficient yet careful. They were good at packing the vehicle and completed the move on time. Good experience.

Kirat & Harry were absolutely amazing. Everything was handled with care.
They were very professional and wasted no time loading and unloading. Would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend to anyone that wanted a smooth transition.

The guys that turned up were awesome. Our new place was pretty difficult for them to get the big furniture up stairs but they took extra care and got it done. They were super efficient and would happily use them again

Careful and mindful of my furniture and boxes

Will not recommend (at least for Auckland region)
Mover didn’t quote with common sense, shows up and starts complaining there were many things that’s not on the inventory list (while it is not required to provide on wisemove, I provided with what I can count of at the time of booking, the remaining are mostly storage containers and wire racks.), also complaining about the 3 bedroom house that I’m moving from has stairs.
During moving out, movers complained multiple times that my furnitures are IMPOSSIBLE to move out of the house, namely my fridge freezer and dining table, we had to show them how to move it through the doorway.
Also they put dents on my fridge freezer during the move.
I would recommend customer to call them up to confirm the quote and what it includes, movers had indicated they quote to move the items that’s on the list ONLY. They quoted me an extra 90% for moving the rest of the smaller stuff which I declined, mainly due to the complains the he start making from the moment he sees the stairs.
Comment to carrier: If items that’s not on the list and/or stairs in a house is a deal breaker, don’t quote until you get confirmation from the customer. Also I would recommend quote are made with common sense, could have easily guessed the location is a double story townhouse via google map. And it would be helpful to add a remark to the quote: quote for moving the listed items only, if it is how the quote meant to be.
Side note: main reason declining the quote of moving extra things is the attitude, not the price, while I understand and respect the cost of labor, I’d rather move it myself that hearing them complaining about this and that and “arrr that’s not possible not gonna fit”

These guys are great! Showed up right on time, were very quick but also careful. Went above and beyond trying to get a couch that was too big into our small unit. Would recommend these guys to anyone!

The team were friendly, efficient and worked really hard to move our furniture safely. We are very pleased that we chose Classic Movers, and will use them again anytime we need movers in the future. Thanks again!

Wise moves were great with moving my large items. Their communication wasn't great but they were quick and efficient when they arrived and took care of all of my items.

They arrived late because of miscommunication after it was accepted through the site, but they arrived, and we're able to make everything fit.

Overall good experience, they arrived on time and managed to get our stuff in and out efficiently. Only downside is a few dents in our fridge and marks on our walls but to be expected as staircase was fairly narrow. Most competitive on price, would recommend.

They were stuck with a previous job meaning mine was delayed.
Otherwise, they did a great job for the most economical quote. I would still recommend them.

Very impressed with the level of professionalism from the movers. Took great care of my furniture, exceeded my expectations! Will recommend to all AAAA+++
