Things didn’t start well as the truck broke down on the way and communication around that wasn’t great which meant our team was sitting around for nearly 5 hours waiting to get started. Once the truck arrived and we got underway things were fine and our goods were delivered intact with no issues.

I didn’t receive a set delivery time, which meant waiting around all day Friday before being told it would instead be delivered on Saturday. On Saturday I had to follow up a couple of times, as I was told they were an hour away but the delivery didn’t arrive until 5pm. On the plus side, the men helping were friendly.

They were very polite to deal with. I had to let them know that I'd had to put item in a large box to ensure it arrived safely after my initial request. I did message the new dimensions so I was bit surprised when a handed it over and we expecting a small box I have no idea why, but maybe my message was unclear. But they were gracious about that. The purchaser for some reason had to go and collect the package, (I had asked be delivered to his office) but when he arrived there was nobody. This was quickly fixed., however. Pleased got sorted
