If people order for 3 people and we're paying for 3 people based on the quote and Ecoshifters rings up half an hour before the job and sess aw these only two of us coming i made it clear to them well I paid for 3 people not two which included 2 drop offs, so I told the guy since I paid for a third person I get extra time added and its on the fourth level as some moving companies charge extra if your going up multiple floors. Other than that they were excellent workers, very well organised with packing n unpacking and loading up the storage unit to make room for other things
