We were very happy with Judy's service relocating my mum's cat to a new home in Wellington. Judy arrived punctually on the day of travel, and we received confirmation that mum's cat had been delivered to her new home by mid afternoon. It was a long trip but was done really efficiently. We were really happy with this service it solved an issue for us. Judy was also able to help us at short notice, which really helped.

Judy Elu looked after my booking and was absolutely fabulous. Great communication the whole way through and kept me updated with photos and texts. A very reasonable price also. Couldn't have gone any better! I won't hesitate to use again.

Also Emma from Wisemove saved me from a hopeless situation with another company, and helped me no end and organized this whole thing. So thanks guys!!!

My experience with J & J Pet Movers Ltd was brilliant from start to finish with excellent communication and care taken of our precious 10 week old Cocker Spaniel pup. Regular updates throughout the journey from Auckland to Kapiti Coast kept us informed of their whereabouts. Judy even purchased a wee collar and lovely blanket for him to feel comfy and at home. Such a kind touch. I would highly recommend Judy and Josh.

Judy and Josh picked up our puppy from Te Hauke. Their communication was great and Josh hand delivered Rowdi (our puppy) to our house. He was safe and well cared for on the Road. We had asked them to deliver our puppy on the 2nd of January, which was a public holiday. Josh and Judy exceeded expectations and delivered Rowdi to us earlier than expected on that day.

We will definitely recommend their service to our friends and family.

Cannot fault this service, after having poor communication from another company it was refreshing to have a company make me feel instantly comfortable. Buying a pet is a big deal so appreciated the communication in the lead up to the trip as well as updates on the journey down the country. They treated Louie like he was part of their family. Highly recommend :)

I would highly recommend Judy for transporting your pet! Since we first made contact with Judy we received a 5 star service. Honestly nothing we can complain about. She went out of her way to get our puppy to us on time, she forwarded photos to us, she fed him and she bought him a blanket and a teddy bear 💜. In my opinion 10/10 - thank you Judy.
