DO NOT USE! We have never had such shocking service.
They rang on Friday afternoon and gave us 10mins notice that they were coming. They collected the fridge, then rang and told me we had to pay $300, not the agreed $215.
They said that we were supposed to have cash on pick up (it doesn’t say that on the Wise agreement, nor did they mention it when they rang- 10mins notice would have made this impossible anyway). They said it was because we didn't have cash and they had to take the fridge half way down our driveway to load it. Even though I was clear on the Wise Move notes that this was a possibility if they chose to bring a large truck. They didn't even bring a trolley to take it down the driveway, two of them carried it.
For the next 2 hours they refused to deliver the fridge unless we paid them more. They turned their tracking on and off so we couldn't see where they were. They said we had to show proof of payment before they would deliver it (even though their Wise confirmation said payment on delivery).
It was terrible!! In the end (after honestly harrassing messages from them) my husband left a work dinner and rang them, and after back and forth agreed to pay them an extra $25, otherwise they said they would bring it back to Wellington.
They then cancelled our booking so we couldn't leave a review (Wise Moves has opened this so I can). I contacted Mover Adbell directly with screenshots of all the back and forth, they apologised and offered to refund the $25 (I haven't received it yet). PLEASE DO NOT USE!
