Came a day early with little notice of time of delivery we were away and had to get home as was a day early and was told would ring with 1 hour notice rung and said will be there in 15 minutes and proceeded to tell me to please please come asap to unload. Hmmm communication needs to improve and time management!!!!

However, the review is really unacceptable. The pick-up person was not at home on the date we decided for the pick-up, so we changed our delivery according to the pick-up person's availability. We have sent you a message regarding this issue and you were okay to receive the delivery a day earlier.

We did help by delivering a day earlier.

Apart from a delivery cancellation from Queenstown throwing a spanner in the delivery schedule, all went well..
Understood as beyond folks concerned control , these things can and do happen which is a pity. Items are here now which is brilliant ..Cheers.
