Communications after the booking was confirmed were poor - we had to follow up several times before we got any response. Once we connected with Bhupinder things improved. Our mattress got picked up, and then two days later another driver turned up to collect the mattress - so some internal coms issues too. Mattress was delivered in good condition, and we were grateful for that, however communication is definitely an area for this carrier to work on.

There were two jobs to pick up at the same place, so the driver went to your place by mistake the second time.
Sorry to say, but if you check the ferry availability, it's very limited, so we are scheduling jobs according to the ferry availability.
Many carriers are struggling with this ferry issue, which you can check on the website.
