Sadly, the table top was scratched while getting it out of the sellers house. I understand it was a difficult move situation being very heavy and having to go over a second storey verandah and down to the ground floor. Mover did send me photos and offered to pay for putty should we need to repair it. He was very apologetic and made every attempt to keep me informed of his delivery timeframe.

Would definitely recommend. Fast to provide a quote and easy to book. There were some mechanical issues with the truck which caused delays, however Bhuphinder was willing to go out of his way to make things right. The couch was delivered safely and undamaged. Thank you!!

Hi Thank you for recently transporting my goods. Your service was great apart from the fact that I specified we would need two people to load and two
people to off load. Unfortunately when the truck arrived last Saturday there was only one man. I asked the driver and he said the other man was unwell.
As a consequence I had to help the driver lift the heavy couch up the steps into my home. I am elderly and it was far too heavy for me and I hurt my back.
There was no way the driver could have lifted it on his own. This is why I specified we would need two people at each point. With best regards

Good service overall. My furniture was well taken care of and everything arrived in good condition. There was a delay according to the agreed date, however they made arrangements to complete the job within the time period I had for the move. Room for improvement in proactive communication as usually engaged when I messaged asking for confirmation or clarification.

This provider accepted my estimate and agreed to load the truck then negotiate once final volume was known. When it was larger, he attempted a 46% price increase for an extra ~8m³ and became aggressive when challenged - I paid an extra $900 on top.
He blamed me for him missing other jobs (not the customer’s responsibility), falsely claimed full payment before delivery was Wise Move policy, arrived late, and broke a step ladder. After completing the job and being paid, he cancelled the booking to prevent a review.
The job was completed, but the behaviour was dishonest and shows a clear quote-then-pressure tactic.

Well, you did the same thing you were threatening us with, that if we took all your extra stuff, which was double what we had quoted, with no extra charges. Please explain everything. We quoted you for 12cbm, but once we arrived for pick-up, you asked us to take all the extra, which was 8cbm, because we provide a full 20cbm. So obviously, the price increased too, but we still only charged $800 extra for the 8cbm. Rather than appreciating this, you were so angry and rude to us and started threatening us with bad reviews. I know reviews are very important for every business, but only truthful reviews are considered real reviews. If anyone on this platform reads your reviews and looks at the job deeply, it's very easy to understand how you want to misuse any company by threatening them with bad reviews.
