It took a little longer than expected to arrive in Alk & there were a few scratches on the car door handle.

The communication could have been far better as they were a day late but I had to ring them to find out where they were as they had not turned up to collect. They were very friendly and easy to deal with otherwise.

The Driver did a great job getting our couch & armchair up the country in great condition. However, the communication could've been better from the company- e.g. letting me know delivery day/times without me having to follow up. Also, I had requested in my booking that the heavy furniture would require two people to bring it in...but only the driver arrived. Luckily my hubby was able to rush home to help! If we had known in advance that only one person would deliver we could've organised without the stress of a last minute fix.

Paul you were great to deal with, 10 stars for you. We had a bit of difficulty with the driver who tried really hard to do a good job but poor bloke was a new migrant and we couldn't understand him.

Pick up was excellent and stuff arrived in good condition, But unfortunately a day early which could be considered a good thing but only if you have access to the house.
They send 2 people to pick up as requested but only 1 to unload?? Which could of been difficult.

Great picked up the goods at my address and delivered for a very competitive price. Well secured and cushioned while on board and delivered across the country in good time

Not enough communication and punctuality was bad. Advised me a time and was at least 4 hours late
