This would have had a much higher rating but this company asked for an extra $40 after we had agreed on a quote for only $109.
There was a confusion about the meaning of ground floor. The website input really needs to address this. What you actually need to know is - is it Street level and flat access or not? This was not clearly established. Hence the problem.
We were charged extra for the confusion which we did not consider at all professional. Especially as a pensioner was paying. $40 was too much.
Never blame your customer for confused communication.
