Nitin was excellent in setting up the collection and delivery and responded to my messages really promptly, even after hours and on a public holiday. I needed a storage locker emptied ASAP..

The team packed the truck perfectly to fit everything in, it was a full load. The truck left Wellington on Monday night and everything arrived and was unloaded Tuesday afternoon in Christchurch.

I had a great experience with Rapid Transport Services, and in particular with Nitin, who managed my move from Auckland to Wellington.

From the start, Nitin was organised and reliable, coordinating the entire process and bringing in a team to assist with the move. Everyone he arranged was professional, efficient, and easy to work with, which made a big difference on what could have been a stressful day.

Nitin handled both the loading and unloading, and what really stood out was how well he managed difficult spaces — tight hallways, narrow staircases, and tricky corners. Everything was moved carefully and without damage, which I really appreciated.

He took great care with my belongings, ensuring everything was properly protected and securely packed. Throughout the move, he remained calm, communicative, and focused on getting everything done smoothly.

Overall, the whole experience felt very well organised and seamless. I would highly recommend Rapid Transport Services, and especially Nitin, to anyone planning a move.

Nitin brother is a very nice boy. He has a very nice and friendly behavior! I have had similar moves done twice before but I have never seen a better guy than him.

After a small hiccup they were brilliant!

These guys did a great job on an interisland move between Christchurch and Tokoroa - we ended up having more items than expected but they were lovely and made the effort to accommodate all of our items and made the process as low stress as possible, which we really appreciated. Great communication and packing around fragile items, very pleased with the overall care of goods, even non-fragiles were blanketed and well taken care of. The house we moved to had a narrow entranceway that was really awkward and made it hard to bring in larger items, but they went above and beyond to bring those items inside and were very respectful of the space - laying down blankets and taking care not to damage any walls or floors. Only minor issue was their timings were slightly later than expected, albeit partially due to weather conditions and poor road conditions, but that wasn't a big problem for us as we arranged for pickup the day before we had to move so had more time and would recommend you build in extra time just in case if you have a more time sensitive move. Overall very very happy with the price and quality of service, and would definitely recommend and use Rapid Transport Services again in the future.

Careful delivery of item. However took longer to arrive than initially agreed. I booked and paid for a service that I did not fully receive.

Absolutely fabulous service.
I would highly recommend these guys and if ever I need to move anything ever again,I will be looking for this company. They went above and beyond my expectations.
