Delivery was very fast, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the table arrived with the handles pulled off, and only 3 of the 8 required screws were included. I was able to fix this myself, but for a $5k table, I would have expected more care in packaging and delivery.

The delivery driver was friendly and mentioned it arrived to him in that condition. Aside from this issue, the overall service has been good

Honestly, can’t fault Runo Movers — they were awesome! Moved my stuff from Auckland to Gisborne and had everything delivered the very next day. Super efficient, friendly team, and everything arrived in perfect condition. They made the whole move way easier than I expected. If you need a fast, reliable moving company, these guys are the ones to call!

AVOID. Terrible experience, lots of damage and stress!

Really bad communication from driver/owner, didn’t provide the service as briefed/paid for, left my TV behind without warning, my fridge, heater, table, cabinet and shelves were damaged in transit, van was overloaded with other peoples items which I had to help load/unload to get my items out, was mucked around by the owner about damage compensation for months and then they marked the job as complete and stopped responding. Big mistake using Runo Couriers, wish I had paid a little more and saved my time and money!

No communication when there were delays, including cancellations. We had to ring them to confirm pick up time and drop off times - both of which got changed multiple times. All that was needed was for them to communicate with us when there were delays - not us having to ring up.

Communication could be better, letting me know whats going, but all my messages were answered promptly that's why I still gave 5 star. Item was looked after and arrived next day from north island. Thank you would use again.

great to deal with, could be better with some comms around delivery but appreciate that was done to one of their vehicles breaking down. highly recommended though
