great to deal with, could be better with some comms around delivery but appreciate that was done to one of their vehicles breaking down. highly recommended though

Did the job, I know it was a bit of an annoying one. also agreed to add to the job last minute which was nice. took a bit longer than expected, and the goods came in two deliveries, the final delivery took many weeks and I was left hanging multiple times, waiting for arrival on the agreed day, then no show. but we got there in the end and they were pleasant to deal with. Not really a complaint, but communication could be better. Would still use again :)

The whole process was seamless, from the start of communication online, to being contacted by Maia as to how the move would go and being keep informed with any issues that occurred. Maia was friendly, informative and incredibly helpful. Her movers were professional in their approach, loading of my items and dealing with the Storage company on my behalf.
Dinesh delivered my household items on time, kept in contact with me and everything arrived safely. Very reasonably priced. I have no hesitation in recommending Runo Couriers for their outstanding work.

One items missing and delivered one week later. Phone is always in voicemail so cannot contact the driver. Overall very fast and delivered in two day from Christchurch to Auckland. No damage to goods

Disappointing communication with the seller.
He was instructed, verbally , and by email of the importance to make contact with the seller, before collection. The
Instead, he made contact 20 min before arriving.
It was fortunate that he was even home. And was extremely pissed!!! Off.
I wouldn’t use him again.
