Darren was great! He was super polite and treated my items with care. He provided great communication and worked with me to determine pick-up and drop-off times that worked with me.
Although it was a speedy drop off, Darren politely took over the conversation with my neighbours when confronted about the truck. I really appreciated Darren for doing this for me as I am easily overwhelmed and my partner wasn’t around.

All around this was a great service, and I would use Text a Truck again!!

Thanks for being sooo patient with all my questions! This first time user was pleasantly surprised at the experience. Although the staff were friendly and helpful, communication wasn’t great and neither was the care taken to transport my item. The couch was jammed into the truck on top of a whole lot of other items, the cushions stuffed into the sides without anything to protect them. Everything arrived dusty and a bit knocked around.
On the positive, the delivery driver was friendly and helpful when unloading my item.

Thanks for your feedback. We will follow up with the team and review procedures. However, please note our terms of trade and our FAQ on your job notes specifically state items are taken as presented. Naturally if a packaging option isn’t bought, this can have an adverse effect on items.

Cheapest doesn't necessarily mean best. I had a chair with fabric torn on the arm and the driver was going to send me photos at pick-up to prove it happened in Transit. Not heard a thing and now told I can't complain because 72 hours has passed. No willingness to resolve this is the reason I will not be using them again.

Welp! Forgive us for being suspicious when it’s been three weeks since delivery and no one knows anything about damages. One would assume you’d contact the office and discuss your issue.

To make it worse, we just found the photos of it at pickup where it was clearly damaged.

But sure blame us…..
