We had a fantastic experience with Torque Towing and Transport moving our Massey Ferguson TEA-20 tractor from Waikato to Warkworth.

Communication throughout the process was clear, timely, and professional. Gary kept us fully informed every step of the way, which gave us great peace of mind.

On the original pickup and delivery day, Gary unfortunately experienced engine trouble with one of his trucks. However, he handled the situation exceptionally well — communicating the issue immediately, keeping us updated, and promptly arranging pickup and delivery the following day.

The care taken with our tractor was outstanding. It was transported safely and with obvious respect for the vehicle, which we really appreciated.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gary at Torque Towing and Transport to anyone needing reliable, honest, and professional transport. Excellent service from start to finish.

Gary has just delivered our vehicle from lower hutt to Hamilton, and it was great to see it arrive safely and well care for.

Highly recommended and a good price. The driver was amazing. Even went over and above expectations and helped with stabilizers. Took photos on arrival and the poor soul had to wait for me in my slow Uber to get paid. Would certainly use them again and would certainly recommend to friends and family.

Great communication
Bike was collected that day and would of arrived the following afternoon except for ferry being canceled. Kept me informed what was happening and next ferry crossing available and was delivered.

They were very good but they had their own problems with the tow truck overheating BUT the communication was excellent.

Would recommend, the boat arrived safe and sound securely on the trailer. Communication was good with a couple of updates on the way.
