Very efficient movers and took care of the item. However arrived much earlier than we agreed and charged extra when they then had to wait to be able to drop the item off at our destination as we had an appointment time, which wouldn’t have been an issue if they had come at the agreed time.

Great communication - some things outside of their control affecting the original start time, however they called and gave an updated time. These things happen! Packed up the house and relocated very promptly. Took care on the floors at the new address which was appreciated given the weather. Thanks team.
