Dev was very good with communication. Unfortunately he was not able to complete the job on the agreed day, but he did let me know this in advance and made arrangements for the job to be done on another day, which he then did.

Generally good service by VVLT for a reasonable price. Would have given 4 for punctuality but VVLT changed agreed delivery date which coursed me some disruption on a planned appointment. Owner of VVLT did apologize and informed me of the reason for the change. Its always a bit hard to judge a situation over the phone when you don't know the person.
Over all good outcome, would be happy to use VVLT again.

Dev was responsive, kept us informed of timings and was really responsive to a short turn around in delivery timings. He went the extra mile to get everything delivered and unpacked. Would use again and recommend.

Did not adhere to the price that he quoted. He quoted $1400. But he asked us $1600. kept saying 2 person job. But i specifically said on the person the job requires 2 person. I also had to bring down the 2 couch myself with the help of my neighbour. Because according to him i he will not move it down the balcony. So how was that a two person job when i was the one that did the heavy lifting. He did not even bring all of our stuff because he was such in a hurry to leave. I had to pack my car with all the remaining stuff. On top of that he also spilled our Rice! This guy also spams his reviews to make it look like he has great reviews. If you look on his profile 40,000 customer reviews when he has less than that in jobs completed. Not a great experience for us at all. We felt like he was just trying to hussle more money from us that what he quoted.

Dev stuck to the times we had arranged. We had very trying conditions unloading in the rain and having to carry a 120kg treadmill up a drive and onto a deck. He never once complained. First time I have used this system but would use again and recommend Dev

Dev was great to deal with and kept me up to date with pickup and delivery of my bedroom suite. He was 3 hours early which threw me a bit, but it was all good.
