From the point of contact through to collection and delivery the team at Traxx Direct Transport were there throughout. Excellent communications, impeccable attention to detail and all with a smile! Great experience. They picked up the bike in Christchurch on Monday, sent me photos when collecting. The bike was dropped the following day with plenty of communication in between. The bike was transported in a secured purpose-built van out of the element. Friendly guy too :)
