This states that Aotearoa Auto Haulage is not responsible for damage, theft or vehicle contents. This extends to while in transit, parked or stored. Unless in the unlikely event we are at fault, our insurance covers up to $2000 incl GST for any liable damage only.
We recommend having comprehensive insurance cover in place and ensuring your policy extends to "in transit between places in New Zealand". This covers your vehicle when using a professional transport provider, by definition a company with a Transport Service Licence.
FERRY BOOKINGS
If a ferry has been booked and the customer cancels, they will be liable for the full ferry costs. The deliveries and pickups also depends on the availability of the ferry as they always remain super busy and operate according to weather conditions.
PAYMENTS:
Payments must be made on or before the PICKUP date. No other terms are allowed.
We only accept bank transfers at this stage.

Balroop provided a fantastic service.
He was pleasant and professional to deal with.
He communicated quickly and reliably. He had a slight delay in the pick-up (Queenstown) , but this didn't matter, and he kept in contact over this.
The (undriveable vehicle) was in a tricky location down a narrow shared driveway with limited manoeuvring, but Balroop got around that problem without any grumbles.
Upon delivery (Christchurch), he txt his progress, and arrived within 5mins of advising such.
The vehicle was exceptionally well tied onto the trailer (which appeared to be a well-kept new trailer) and all his equipment was in good condition.
