I found I had to drive communications and check progress. I understood the issues with ferries but more proactive communications could be provided. There was a third party involved who had to chase me at 9pm in the evening when the vehicle was not collected as expected around 7pm
I asked for confirmation of delivery with photo which was agreed to but had to chase the following morning
