Would have been good to be updated that the car had arrived.
Was told the pick up point, but the car was elsewhere. Guys at the yard were very helpful and phoned around to find the car then dropped us to it.

Driver was great, communication from the office lady was not the easiest or nicest. Wouldn't use this company again because of her but the driver was friendly and good care was taken with the vehicle.

I had some concerns about the job that was undertaken and the owner answered them with great professionalism, knowledge and patience as such I recommend this company, my car was collected and delivered the next day so super fast on that front.

It is worth noting that if your vehicle is dereg or an insurance write off they will exclude insurance cover so you will be sending your car at your own risk even though this website states full cover but if you are cool with this then as above I recommend this company.
