You said the seller is happy to deliver to our yard, he was not, he said he doesn’t know what we are taking about, that’s no 1
2nd attempt he said it’s not ready
3 attempt he gave a window of 7-7:30 am to collect, said that’s the only time suitable for him
Traffic in Auckland that time of day a nightmare, would not take the transporter there at that time, highly impractical.
By this time your job was costing us time and money, we made the decision to collect the car and drive it to the yard.
Vehicles are fully insured while in our position.
Your car was delivered to you in exactly the same condition it was in when collected.
Why have you only given a 9 for care of goods, is there something wrong with the car?
Your seller was certainly not as cooperative as we were led to believe
We find your score of 5.5 very inaccurate and one sided.

There is a record of TXT communication between us.
It is well known the issue with the ferries from time to time, during your vehicle move time slot 2 ferries hit wharves and there was a 3 day delay due to large swells.
You asked for your van to be delivered by a certain date because you were leaving the Tauranga area, we delivered your van before the required day.
You asked for your van to be delivered after 2:00 PM that Saturday because you were working, we delivered it at 2:30 PM.
Your van was a non runner, you said $8000 to repair.
Yiou asked me to drop it in a car park that is regularly used by locals because the carpark is there for the use of the public to use the sports field and park area.
I said no thats no good but you said yes but more visible, maybe your van will be stolen you said, that would be good you said.
I dropped it in a side street that would not inconvenience locals, you said it could be there for some time.
Your comments regarding the timing and relocation of your van are simply not true.

What are you referring to, if it is the monsoon shield that fell off on the journey north on the trailer i cannot be responsible for that.
The are a few reasons why it came off but we certainly did not hit it, knock it, bang it nor pull it off.

Your rating of 6 regarding communication is very unjust, look at the txt messages, i was in touch with you many times.

Punctuality 8, i arrived to delivery destination exactly when i said i would, no one had to waste time waiting around.

Professionalism 6, what was unprofessional about my service?

Anyway you should rethink this revue, its untrue, its simply not accurate, you can upgrade it if you care to do so.
