Hi, your frustration is understandable, 3 weeks can be the norm from pickup to delivery, we had 4 days of no ferries due to large swells, even sitting on the wharf after checking in there was a further delay of 3 hours.
Unfortunately the general population is unaware of the frustration caused by the ferry situation here in NZ.
Now winter time there are only 3 sailings per day instead of 5 + so this takes more time and coordination

Not through lack of trying… You commented several times you would get back to me when i suggested a delivery time table but failed to do so, even the last time i suggested to you you did not get back to me as you said you would asking me if the the vehicle will be delivered on said day when it was already on its way and only hours away that particular day… also when I got there nobody knew anything about it, phone calls made.. you said you would let them know, this also was not conveyed to the work shop As you said it would.
