Just looking at all messages via txt, the are a lot because you like to micro manage ,we replied immediately to yours and you were constantly updated, your car was collected on time and there was a 3 day delay delivering due to a weather event preventing the ferries from sailing, in the beginning there was confusion because both you and your husband were communicating. Your negative review is totally uncalled for
