There was no clear communication from the drivers, nor the head offices— what was meant to be a a quick job moving a single queen sized mattress and some slats at 12 pm on a Tuesday, became 2pm… then 3… then 4… it wasn’t until around 5 that the drivers turned up— in their words they were “stacked at another job” which I guess is fair enough; however their lack of communicating this was definitely frustrating.

Jay was good he had really good communication advising me of the time of collection and called after the work was done.

The moving staff were late by 15minutes ( however this was carried over on the time at the end of the day)

They had my fridge laid down on its side. This is not recommended due to the gas inside fridges.

They were asked if they could take items to certain areas of the house and did not. They took most items into the lounge.

Overall job was done. But as some feedback if would be great in your initial calls to check size and amount of equipment as our fridge had to be moved on its side and we needed two trips to fit everything in which increased our costs quite a bit. A Bigger truck would have saved this trouble. However excellent communication friendly service and team was punctual and worked quickly to get the job done. Can recommend to others with a bit more careful upfront planning.
