We aim to provide a door-to-door service with our trucks, each running the North Island twice a week, Wellington - Auckland return.
All Vehicles are transported at owner's risk.
We recommend having a comprehensive cover & making sure your cover includes “while in transit.”
Any immobile or modified vehicles are carried at owner’s risk.
In the unlikely event Coastal Towing Ltd is at fault for any damage caused to your vehicle while in our care, we will cover up to $2000 inc GST towards repairs.

This is the third time I've used Coastal Towing (after they were recommended to me). Pick-ups and deliveries have always gone to plan. As with all the towers I've used, communication coould be a tad better, especially as I am not at either the sending or receiving end (as I am out of the country). Simple texts to say (1) the car has been picked up (2) expected ETA for delivery and (3) confirming delivery would be welcomed. As I say, pick-up and dleiveries have all seemingly gone without a hitch but it woudl be nice to know the status.
