The reason I gave poor rating on communication is not a lack of communication. Ash was very quick in response time and booking. The issue was that for a one bedroom move I was quoted for an hour ($180) which actually ended up taking 2.5 hours ($450). The movers weren't super efficient in saving time either, though it is laborious I think it is important to set realistic timeframes for jobs. This is a huge difference in price and difficult to manage when moving on a tight budget. I would recommend that Ash set more realistic timeframes and costs for customers and manage expectations.

Ash is lovely and has a truck to ensure that you only need to do one trip rather than going back and forth (beware of the moving companies who only have one van). Ash doesn't provide insurance so make sure you check with you contents insurance provider first to see what you're coverage is while items are in transit. I will recommend Ash to my friends and family.

Ash is an excellent communicator who made the whole process easy, and his team were lovely and careful. They disassembled and reassembled furniture quickly and dealt with all the stairs like champs. I'd definitely use their services again!

The movers were great and professional. There was a difference between booking online time and when the owner thought the move was going to happen - I would recommend calling the owner to confirm the time. I was also charged more than quoted and not sure why as it took the amount of time that was quoted.
