Des was superb to work with. I was a bit hesitant at first as the piece of equipment (fragile too) I had moved is 350kgs and Des is a single person but he did a great job and I will definitely use him to move it again if needed in the future. He was reliable and friendly even though I was 25 minutes late meeting him. Thanks for getting the job done and meeting all of my expectations!

I wouldn’t used Wise Move to move a piano if I’d known it was a one man operation. There is no way due care can be given to moving something of that size with one person. Disappointed with how the piano was handled; it was basically bumped down the steps. The risk for further damage was also high as one person has limited control over a piano’s movement.
