The service exceeded my expectations and was truly outstanding. Mark and his team were incredibly friendly and professional. They efficiently transported all the belongings from my 3-bedroom house in Rotorua to Hamilton without any hassle. They arrived on time and safely delivered everything to my new home. Communication throughout the process was excellent (Thanks Lisa as well). I wholeheartedly recommend their services to others and eagerly anticipate using them again in the future.

Lisa and Mark were amazing to deal with. Truck got a flat tyre on route to our house to collect our belongings, so we had an unforeseen delay. However when we received that call were also told they had organised extra
manpower to help pack us quicker to get on the road with a 4hr drive ahead of us. Lisa and Mark also turned up to lend a hand. Everyone did a great job moving and packing our things. Thanks so much to the Donald Movers team

Great value for money. We moved from Rotorua to Auckland with alot of stuff, and it was a bargain to have 4 men and 2 trucks make our move that much easier! Great communication throughout and friendly service. Highly recommended!

I cannot fault them. The guys I had were legends, navigating challenging roads in a huge vehicle. Also they were strong and enthusiastic moving all my stuff. They deserve a bonus.

was not totally careful with furniture, made deep marks down one side of my fridge. when i contacted them didnt seem to care at all. one of the three guys decided to have a 3 hr nap in the afternoon and left all the rest of the move to the two older men. not proffessional at all and would not recommend them to anyone!!

Thank you for the feedback.
I guess you forgot to mention that you were quoted for 36 cube and three guys to move you. In actual fact you had over 70 cube as we filled TWO 36 cube trucks for you and there was still more left to go. Any other company would of left after the first load or charged you again for the 2nd. We did neither! We completed the job which took the guys 5 hours longer than expected. Our young guy did sit down as he wasn't feeling well but as it was the 2nd load you weren't paying for him to be there anyway.
We came and looked at the fridge but as you have posted this review we will cancel our repair we had arranged for the fridge 😞.
I will still take this under advisement and make changes where necessary.

Donald movers were excellent. Communication was easy and quick to respond. The guys were very careful and helpful. They had a long trip from Morrisville to Kawerau then to Hastings. They stayed overnight and quickly delivered all of our furniture in the pouring rain then had another long journey back up the island. Would highly recommend them.
