We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Jeff from Eagle Eye Piloting and Transport Ltd.

Right from the beginning, Jeff was so friendly, professional and reassuring. What really stood out to us was his communication. He kept us updated along the way, checked in with us, and always communicated in such a warm and reassuring way. It made such a difference knowing our caravan was being looked after by someone who genuinely cared.

We were made to feel like we were important clients, not just another job on the list. Jeff took such care with our caravan and did an absolutely amazing job getting it safely to the South Island for us.

Having someone tow your caravan a long distance can be a little nerve-wracking, but Jeff completely took that worry away. We always felt confident that it was in good hands.

It’s not often you come across someone who is so professional while also being genuinely friendly, approachable and caring. Jeff is one of those people, and we really appreciated everything he did for us.

We would absolutely use Jeff again — without hesitation. In fact, we wouldn’t want anyone else to tow our caravan! ❤️

I could not fault Jeff from start to finish. He exceeded all expectations by miles, being punctual and professional, yet personable. He is obviously very experienced and knowledgeable. Malibu VTX boat, transported from Christchurch to Hamilton. Jeff was awesome, great communication from start to finish. Kept me up to date and delivered on time. On pickup he noticed the brakes lights wernt working despite it just having had a warrant and fixed the faulty trailer plug right away. Top man to deal with, very proffesional, I highly recommend!
