Thanks for your feedback. communication was with the driver that’s correct that’s who you needed to be in contact with as for ETA ETC as I wasn’t the driver on this job so me trying to give you a ETA would have been misleading and incorrect! unfortunately when driving we cannot answer a txt or call every minute we are sorry about that! We are dedicated for customer satisfaction but we do put our safety first!

Excellent service and communications, bike was well protected in a van, and driver was very friendly and helpful. Due to road works it arrived 12 hours, but I still give stars as Josh kept in constant contact explaining where and when bike would be arriving.
