Please be aware of this 'company'. Not only was my stuff damaged, they also damaged the property that we moved into, and deny doing so. Stuff had clearly been moved around in the van between the trip, bolts had been taken off a shoe rack for some reason (and one was lost!) and a box marked fragile was broken. They brought their puppy, who was allowed to jump on my things including my bedding - absolutely disgusting. When arriving at the property, they let their puppy run into the house, and it stressed my dog (who has health problems) out. They had already been told that my dog was not good with other dogs. My landlord was at the house and told them to keep their dog inside their van, which they let straight back out as soon as he had walked away. Their reason for bringing their dog was that it had separation anxiety - perhaps do not own a dog if you are unable to control it, or simply don't do jobs that require long trips - simple. There were also empty beer cans in the back of the van. Completely unprofessional, and I urge everybody to not use this person.
Reply from Eazy As Couriers
There would be no pleasing this lady sheβs made a mountain out of a molehill. Got permission from her partner if we could bring our dog on the trip she said it was okay. Everything was okay on the pick up. Then blamed us for taking too long on the trip, we didnβt damage anything at her house and trying to blame us for something that doesnβt even make any sense. I do admit a box got damaged while unloading that is unfortunate but as my bio stats goods travel at owners risk. Also a bolt came loose on a shoe rack that I found later on in the van and told her I would courier it too her. As for the beer cans there was some in the back of the van that werenβt opened not sure what the problem was with that. I would avoid any operator dealing with this lady in the future.
