Item arrived broken β carrier had assured me it would be well secured, however it would have taken quite a force to break it in the way it was broken, so it seems something in the van was not at all secured.
I tried to follow up multiple times but nothing was resolved.
We had previously agreed that once the goods arrived at the destination I would transfer payment. However the carrier demanded cash payment on arrival from the person receiving it. It was dark and the person receiving it didn't notice it was broken.
